PANTHERA is a lacrosse club with total transparency regarding the day to day operations. Our coaches are our leadership body, and vice versa. Because our coaches are our leaders, every decision is made with the player in mind. No games. No power plays. Just a focus on player development and experience.
Jenny tran | executive director
Jenny is currently the Head Women's Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Yorktown High School. Jenny will be responsible for player selection and have final say in all club decisions. She will collaborate with the Director of Recruiting re: tournament selection.
In her first year as the Head Coach, Yorktown ranked in the Top Ten in Virginia. She played collegiate lacrosse at George Mason University and was a standout defender. In 2008, she was a key member of a defensive unit that ranked fifth in the nation in caused turnovers per game and sixth in ground balls per game. Jenny helped her team to #12 national ranking, the highest in program’s history.
She has previously coached three seasons as the Varsity Head Coach at Battlefield High School where they were ranked in the top 20 in the state reaching three consecutive State quarter-finals appearances. Jenny previously coached at the club level for SuperNova from 2006 - 2016. After being with her last graduating team for 5 years, she helped recruit 9 players to the Division I level.
lindsay teeters | director, recruiting
Lindsay is a Howard County native, who graduated from Glenelg High School in 2002. A 3-sport varsity player (soccer, basketball, lacrosse), she was named GHS Female Athlete of the Year and was selected All-County in both soccer and lacrosse. She went on to play at Boston University where she was a 4-year starter, 2x IWLCA All American, 4x IWLCA North Region All American, 4x America East All Conference and graduated as the All Time Leading Goal Scorer.
After graduating from Boston University, Lindsay continued her love for lacrosse and began coaching at James Madison University. She coached the Dukes from 2006-2009. From 2009-2010, she coached at George Washington University, and she became the Associate Head Coach at Virginia Tech from 2010-2013.

Katie McMahon | Director, Club Operations
Katie McMahon is the current Executive Director of PRIDE Girls Lacrosse and is focused on teaching exceptional skills at the youth level to propel players into high school. Katie will advise on all strategic club operations to ensure a competitive experience for players and families.
Katie McMahon brings over fourteen years of lacrosse coaching experience, including both youth, high school, and college. She is currently the Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Georgetown Visitation, ranked in the Top 10 in the country, and recently named All-Met Coach of the Year 2018. Katie played at UC Davis where she holds records in goals (1st), assists (3rd), points (1st), caused turnovers (1st), and draw controls (4th).
